Returns & Damage
Policies Returns: Before returning any parts, contact Elite Stainless Exhaust. Specify what the problem is, and why the product is being returned. Shipping is non-refundable, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed on returned merchandise. Returned parts must be in new condition. Articles must not be used, disfigured, or modified in any way. All returns must be shipped prepaid, no C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Damage: Merchandise shipped UPS must be kept in the original shipping carton for Inspections by UPS. There is a UPS depot near you. If your shipment is damaged in transit, call them and they will arrange for an inspection. |
