This is the most versatile and one of the most widely applied uses of the 300 series stainless steels.  It has excellent forming and welding characteristics.  It's excellent corrosion resistance has made this grade dominant in the manufacture of drawn stainless parts such as sinks, saucepans, and the corrosive media of hot petroleum products and combustion gases.   This product is used for all our muffler manufacturing applications.
