Elite Stainless Exhaust will guarantee their product against rust out to the original purchaser (nontransferable) for a time period of ten (10) years; and unlimited mileage.  The seller's and/or manufactures only obligation shall be to replace or repair products proved defective.  No outside repairs will be paid for unless authorized in writing by the management of

Neither the seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury, or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or inability's of the product.
